During the session dedicated to the performance of the regional Arbitration Court in 2015, which was held on Thursday, February 25, he pointed out there are very few numbers that were reviewed for over 3 years, which, according to him, is an important factor.

Moreover, as Yuri Glazov added, the court receives no anonymous reports, which is also an important aspect.

“As for the specifics: you hold a stable level of on-appeal repeals, 10%, while there are regions with [the levels at] 14% and 15%. 462 cassational appeals is a very high level of trust compared to other regions,” stressed the chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Volga District.
