Penza, 25 February 2016. PenzaNews. An exhibition dedicated to 155 years since the abolition of serfdom in Russia has opened in the computer reading hall of the Penza Lermontov regional library.

In the section “History of Serfdom In Works of Penza Scientists,” visitors will be able to get acquainted with the research work “Preparations to the 1861 Emancipation Reform in the Penza Land.”

In addition, the staff of the regional resource access center of the Yeltsin Presidential Library also prepared a computer presentation of the collection “1861 Emancipation Reform.”

The exhibition will be available through Match 31, says the website of the Lermontov regional library.
