Penza, 1 March 2016. PenzaNews. A total of 34 children have been born in the Penza region on Monday, February 29.

Most of them – 15 – were born in the Penza city maternity clinic, the press service of the regional Health Ministry informed PenzaNews.

“11 children have been born in the Filatov regional children’s clinical hospital,” the Health Ministry added.

Moreover, according to the press service, birthing centers in Zarechny, Kuznetsk, Nizhny Lomov and Gorodische saw two newborns each on that day.
