Penza, 1 March 2016. PenzaNews. A group of delegates led by the Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev has studied the experience of Zarechny in the city improvement field during the visit to the city on Tuesday, March 1.

Other members of the delegation were the vice mayor Yuri Ilyin, the head of the Penza city Communal Affairs Department Andrei Grishin, and administration heads of city areas – Yuri Chipchiu, Nadezhda Kozenko, Oleg Denisov and Lidia Belyakova.

During an event held in the conference hall of “Impulse” business-incubator, the mayor of Zarechny Vyacheslav Gladkov gave a detailed speech about the cooperation on city yards established between the city administration and its residents.

He also provided case examples of the socially-minded stance by Zarechny citizens.

Victor Kuvaytsev thanked Vyacheslav Gladkov for an informed presentation and highly praised the quality of upkeep and landscaping of Zarechny yards.

“In our turn, we also have the experience in supporting the grassroots initiatives,” the Penza city mayor said.

Victor Kuvaytsev proposed the colleagues from Zarechny to pay a visit to Penza themselves, says the press service of the city hall.
