Penza instrumentation cluster holds international seminar by Mt. Elbrus

Penza, 4 March 2016. PenzaNews. Heads and experts of engineering and technical security enterprises from Belgium, the UK, Hungary, Poland, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan took part in the international seminar held by the members of Penza instrumentation cluster “Security” in the village of Elbrus.

The event, held at the CeSIS NIKIRET with active assistance of Umirs, was dedicated to comprehensive physical perimeter security systems.
The seminar was driven by the recent growth of terrorist threat in Europe and the upcoming obligatory upgrade of state borders in Middle Asian and Caucasian countries.
“The questions discussed during the studies were mainly dedicated to modern trends in comprehensive engineering and technical perimeter security for various locations. The audience witnessed crash tests of anti-collision equipment, prototype bullet-scattering screens, modern technical security systems, and a whole range of other R&D items by CeSIS NIKIRET and Umirs,” the Center of Cluster Development informed PenzaNews.
