“We need to be meeting with citizens, explaining all questions individually,” he said during the city hall meeting session held on Saturday, March 5.

Moreover, the mayor stressed the importance of carefully planning the urban improvement works by the new apartment buildings.

Also, Victor Kuvaytsev urged administration heads of city areas to set up the urban improvement measures on the territories they are responsible for.

“Experts assigned to certain streets must inspect them and report the uncovered issues afterwards,” he proposed.
