Penza, 8 March 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev has congratulated the women of the region with International Women’s Day celebrated on Tuesday, March 8.

“Beautiful is a woman’s destiny: to love and be loved, to protect and care after the warmth and comfort of her home, to bring forth the happiness of a new life. You bring harmony, kind energy of good and creation to our uneasy world,” noted the head of the region.

He added that people appreciate the women for their tenderness, generous souls and empathy, their ability to understand, support and forgive.

“Men strive to become stronger and nobler because of you,” Ivan Belozertsev stressed.

The governor expressed his particular gratitude to women veterans.

“Dear women, from the bottom of my heart I wish you to ever stay in happy and good mood, to see your best wishes fulfilled! I wish you sound health, strong families, and happiness!” the press service of the Penza region government quotes Ivan Belozertsev.
