Moreover, thanks to your professional skill and hard work, our city can develop, become more stable and successful. The achievements of Penza are your achievements as well!” Victor Kuvaytsev stressed.

He wished the women of Penza to stay healthy and beautiful, be showered with smiles, gifts and attention, see their families prosper, their best wishes fulfilled and their happiness never wane.
