Penza, 10 March 2016. PenzaNews. A baby girl has been born to the family of the Penza vice mayor Irina Shirshina, a source close to her that asked to remain anonymous told PenzaNews on Thursday, March 10.

“Irina Vladimirovna already had a daughter, now she has her second child. The mother and the daughter are well, everybody is very happy of the birth,” the source said.

According to observations of Penza journalists, Irina Shirshina continued actively working even when her pregnancy became apparent. In particular, on February 10, the vice mayor took part in the session of Sura river embankment reconstruction project task force, where she announced that the territory improvement measures are scheduled to begin this spring.
