An additional rapid action team will remain on duty during the campaign, Elena Samorukova, chief expert of information and public relations group at the regional Federal Drug Control Service department, told PenzaNews.
“We will be immediately registering and investigating any report we receive via our 24/7 anonymous drug control phone number: 59-10-10,” she said.
Moreover, reports about illegal drug sales can be submitted on the website of the regional FDCS department, she added.
“Our monitors will make daily reports about the measures undertaken over the past day within the scope of the campaign personally to Police General Major Yuri Denisov, head of the regional Federal Drug Control Service,” Elena Samorukova stressed.
The 2016 anti-drug campaign “Tell Us Where They Sell Death” will be held in two stages in Penza: on March 14-25, and on November 14-25.
It seeks to bring public attention towards the drug trafficking issue, and help drug addicts break free of substance abuse and return to normal lives.
