During the session of the permanent City Duma committee on local governance and supervision over local governance authorities on Thursday, March 17, he pointed out that a majority of city problems that are being solved by the authorities were timely highlighted by the very local media.

“The mass media form the public opinion that is important for us. This helps us conduct our work and improve living standards for our citizens,” Victor Kuvaytsev said.

Moreover, according to the mayor, the media and the city administration are doing the same job and striving for the same objective.

“And the result of that job is the same – better lives for our citizens. And the city overall, of course,” he stressed.
