The new head of the FSB department was introduced to the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov by FSB Colonel General Alexander Tatko.
“General Andrei Serezhnikov, who has been heading the Chechnya FSB dept until recently, became the head of the FSB dept in Khabarovsky Krai. This is great responsibility and trust from the Russian President Vladimir Putin. I praised the great contribution of Andrei Arturovich to the joint counterterrorism campaign. He successfully established strong cooperation with other law enforcement forces. Alexander Tatko highlighted the positive results of the Chechnya authorities and the FSB department in fighting against underground terrorists, finally putting an end to this evil. He also was positive over the timely preventive work with people returning from Syria,” Ramzan Kadyrov wrote in his Instagram.
He wished Andrei Serezhnikov and Igor Khvostikov to be successful in their work.
“I am pleased to see that Chechnya serves as a career platform for FSB dept heads,” Ramzan Kadyrov added.
