More trains to run on Penza-Moscow route during May holidays

Penza, 30 March 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza-Moscow train route will boost its train schedule in both directions during the May holidays, the press secretary of the Penza branch of the Kuybyshevskaya Railroad Svetlana Zatuliveter told PenzaNews.

In particular, train No. 269 will be departing from Penza to Moscow at 22.37 on April 27, April 29 and May 8, while train No. 270 is going to proceed in the reverse direction at 23.50 on April 28, April 30 and May 9.

Also, train No. 222 will be leaving the capital to Penza at 23.50 on April 29 and May 6, while Penza will send train No. 221 to Moscow at 22.37 of May 3 and May 9.

All aforementioned trains will go through the Ruzaevka station.

According to Svetlana Zatuliveter, these trains will be mainly composed of couchette and sitting carriages.

“The community-focused offer during the holidays makes train transit during the holidays maximally accessible for a big customer pool,” she pointed out.

Moreover, if the passenger flow increases even more, train services will add more trains or bonus train cars to manage the influx, she added.
