“At present, the Strategic Enterprise List of the Russian Federation contains 11 leading Penza factories, research institutes and design bureaus. All of them hold leading positions in their fields and are involved in high-tech production that finds its use in defense, space, aviation, shipbuilding, machine-tool and instrumentation industry, nuclear energy industry, electronic engineering, communications and information technology,” Ivan Belozertsev pointed out during the meeting held in Astana.

The powerful production potential, top-of-the-line technologies and highly skilled staff allow Penza enterprises to complete even the most difficult tasks with cutting-edge quality.

In turn, Imangali Tasmagambetov expressed interest in products by “CeSIS NIKIRET,” “Biosintez,” “Electropribor” and a number of other enterprises.

“The Penza enterprises have great experience and vast capabilities in development and supply of newest special-purpose equipment for our military, as well as physical security solutions for locations of a wide range of purposes and levels of difficulty,” the press service of the Penza region government quotes the Kazakhstan minister.
