During the action, they raked up the dried leaves left after the winter.

The improvement of the public garden in question is an important issue after the events that took place a year ago, Dmitry Semin, deputy of the Penza region Legislative Assembly, headquarters chief of the regional United Russia Youth Guard branch, told PenzaNews.

“A year ago, vandals decided to practically completely eradicate it, while we stood to protect the public garden. I want to tell you that the civil community, the locals and the authorities joined up over the issue of preserving and improving the area. The today’s cleaning shows that,” he pointed out.
