Penza, 1 April 2016. PenzaNews. Retired police officer Alexander Yeremin thanked the Penza city mayor Victor Kuvaytsev for quickly acting on his request to cut down a tree that was on the verge of falling on the former’s house.

After the request was submitted, the crew from the “Green Property of Penza City” municipal enterprise quickly rectified the issue.

“Even under strict financial funding, but with big communal experience, the city administration and the Communal Affairs Department still continue helping solve issues of our citizens,” Alexander Yeremin pointed out in his letter addressed to the Penza city administration head.

He also wished the authorities to continue showing the same care for citizens’ requests, says the press service of the city hall.
