Penza, 8 April 2016. PenzaNews. The current heating season in Penza will end on Monday, April 11, in accordance with the decree signed by the city administration head Victor Kuvaytsev.

The end of the heating season has been announced due to an increase in the average outdoors temperature. As usual, healthcare institutions, schools and preschool facilities will be the last to get disconnected from the heating supply.

“In accordance with the decree, heating supply organizations are recommended to begin the process to finish the heating season without disabling hot water supply and begin the heating system transition to the summer mode. Moreover, they are recommended to analyze the emergencies that occurred during the 2015-2016 heating season and come forward with measures to prevent similar incidents in the next heating season. The post-repair improvement measures on heating pipelines must be completed by May 1 according to schedule,” the press service of the city administration informed PenzaNews.

The city hall also added that the apartment building management organizations are recommended to bill citizens for heating in accordance with the actual number of days included in the heating season.

“The decree also outlines the deadlines for heating recovery and supply equipment in Penza, which must be completed by enterprises and organizations by September 1,” the press service clarified.
