He was met at the airport by the governor Ivan Belozertsev, the chief federal inspector of the region Dmitry Kadenkov, and other officials.

Mikhail Babich’s agenda in Penza includes visits to industrial enterprises in Zarechny. In particular, the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy in the VFD indents to visit the Protsenko production union “Start.”

The enterprise will hold a presentation of its main areas of industrial development, as well as an inspection of the mechanical processing and powder metallurgy facilities.

“On the same day, Mikhail Babich will also hold a number of meetings on socioeconomic development of the Penza region,” the press service of the regional government informed PenzaNews.
