Penza, 12 April 2016. PenzaNews. Penza citizens will honor Victory Day with a minute of silence at 9 locations in the city, announced Vera Feygina, head of the city Department of Culture, during the city hall session on Tuesday, April 12.

“We will be holding the ‘Minute of Silence’ campaign for the second year in the row. It will take place at 9 locations at 18.50,” Vera Feygina clarified.

According to her, the citizens will be able to honor the legacy of the fallen warriors at such locations as the Military and Labor Valor Monument, the “Zhuravli” installation, on Fontannaya square, in the Denis Davydov public garden, in the Belinsky Central Park, and in the zoo.
