The Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev has sent letters of congratulation to the Hero of Russia Alexander Samokutyaev, his mother Maria Samokutyaeva, the head of Roskosmos state corporation Igor Komarov and the general director of NIIFI Alexei Dmitriyenko on the Day of Cosmonautics.
