“On April 9, a group of three children went to a pool without the adults. After paying for the entry passes, the guys went to the swimming zone. One of the children, who could not swim, jumped in the water and immediately began drowning. He went down to the bottom of the pool. His friend was quick to act: he jumped into the water and pulled out the drowning boy. They called the pool instructor, who summoned the ER. The boy has been hospitalized, and his life is currently in no danger,” the press service of the Penza region EMERCOM head department informed PenzaNews.
The award request has already been addressed to the Volga region EMERCOM center.
“Also, Vladislav Grigoryev will be one of the members in the ‘Constellation of Courage’ festival,” the press service added.
