Penza, 21 April 2016. PenzaNews. The first regional youth forum “Lastochka” went underway in the children’s health camp “Zvezdochka” located by Penza city on Thursday, April 21.

The forum audience began gathering at the location in the morning, says a PenzaNews reporter.

The participants got acquainted with each other and the forum moderators, attended a brief instruction session, and discussed the forum’s agenda.

Following that, they split into several separate groups, such as “Entrepreneurs and Innovators,” “Social Initiatives and NCO Support,” “Art and Healthy Lifestyle,” and “Sura Land Patriots.”

At 14.00, the forum audience will hold a meeting with the special guest Svetlana Popova, Candidate of Psychology, associate professor of the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles, expert of the Russian Government Analysis Center, developer of federal programs for “Seliger” and “Ostrova” youth forums.

The official opening of the event will take place at 21.00.

As PenzaNews reported earlier, the “Lastochka” forum agenda spans over three days with over 140 participants, who have been selected in two stages.
