Regional prosecutor’s office sided with Tuzov after complaint over land plot incident

Penza, 22 April 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region prosecutor’s office has sided with the individual businessman Alexander Tuzov after his complaint “about illegal activities of Penza city administration officials” related to the investigation of a land plot on Spartakovskaya street, 9B in Akhuny residential area, which allegedly occupied a larger space than outlined in the publicly available cadaster.

According to the message published on the website of the regional prosecutor’s office, the investigation by the city hall resulted in a conclusion that Alexander TUzov is not using the aforementioned land plot for any business activities. Subsequently, it was followed by a series of instructions aimed at rectifying the violations related to land plot use and an address to the Penza region Rosreestr on initiating an administrative case.

In the end, the regional prosecutor’s office addressed the head of the city administration a statement wherein it deems the results of the land plot check invalid, and demands that the officials involved in the incident are subjected to disciplinary punishment.

Moreover, one of the city hall officials is facing an administrative case under Art. 19.6.1 of the Administrative Code.
