Kuznetsk city hall to pay “Express” TV channel for video reels on city’s life

Penza, 22 April 2016. PenzaNews. The city administration of Kuznetsk in the Penza region will be paying the regional media holding “Express” for a news show about the life in the city, as per the previously signed municipal contract.

According to information available on the city hall website, the show will help citizens of Kuznetsk and the region learn more about the most important and relevant issues in the city and the activities of local governance bodies in various fields.
Reportedly, the news shows about Kuznetsk will be aired by “Express” TV channel as part of its morning and evening news.
Based on the information available to PenzaNews, the cost of the municipal contract No. 4 dated 25 January 2016, which had been signed by the city hall of Kuznetsk (represented by the city’s administration head Sergei Zlatogorsky) and the company “Maxim” (represented by the general director Svetlana Milovanova) is 600,000 rubles.
In accordance with the agreement, every news video reel ranging from 90 to 150 seconds would cost the Kuznetsk administration 8,000 rubles, with the plans to produce at least 75 of them.
The contract must be completed by 30 June 2016.
