The event was a part of the student’s blood donation marathon.
“This campaign is held by the Penza region blood donation station every year and unites student bodies of leading universities and colleges. We are happy to see the numbers of young adult donors growing, at an average of 300 new people each month. We would like to highlight particularly that the blood donor’s motto, ‘I Am Donor – I Am Healthy!’ is becoming a personal motto for our youth,” the chief medical officer of the regional blood donation station Tatyana Kryolva commented on the news.
The next blood donation campaign will be held on Wednesday, April 27, at the Belinsky Pedagogical Institute of the Penza State University, the press service of the regional Health Ministry informed PenzaNews.
