Penza company director suspended from job due to 1-mln-rubles salady debt

Penza, 27 April 2016. PenzaNews. The director of a Penza company PKM-Stroy-2 has been suspended from his duties for one year for not paying out salary to his employees.

“It was found out that there is a debt for salary over January 2016. As a result, the company owes over 1 million rubles of salaries to its employees. The company director was already fined 5,000 rubles for similar violations,” Yulia Makarova, senior assistant attorney of the region in media relations, told PenzaNews.
In addition, according to her, the director has been fined 10,000 rubles for a repeated salary payment rules violation.
“The director of PKM-Stroy-2 received an instruction from the prosecutor of the Oktyabrsky Penza city area to rectify the labor laws violations. The investigation resulted in disciplinary punishment for the individuals responsible for them,” she added.
