Penza, 4 May 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region will increase the amount of funding for road construction and repairs in 2017, the governor Ivan Belozertsev announced during an offsite meeting on Wednesday, May 4.

“Because of that, I would like it that more attention is paid to quality of road repairs. All repair regulations must be strictly followed,” Ivan Belozertsev said.

Also, the head of the region suggested to mark each section of road repairs with information on the related subcontractor.

“Each location must feature a stand with information about the subcontractor, the name and the phone number of its head, the start date and the deadline – as well as the cost of repairs and the guarantee period,” Ivan Belozertsev explained.

In addition, he urged road repair organizations to make a step forward in their financial relations with the city administration via providing installment payment plans like in the region overall, says the press service of the Penza region government.
