“We must work more actively to improve the outlook of the city by Victory Day,” he said during the management meeting dedicated to preparing the May 9 celebrations.

Also, Victor Kuvaytsev urged to stay in close contact with the businesses who generate significant complaints over the state of their territories.

“We will keep working in that direction in the future, too. Heads of city area administrations will be in talks with organizations. We must plan this work to give real results,” the mayor stressed.

Moreover, the Penza city administration head highlighted the importance of taking upon this work as early as in this spring, as certain issues that may negatively affect the city outlook may become apparent by summer.

The grass-mowing measures will mobilize all municipal budget-funded organizations that have the required equipment, the press service of the city hall informed PenzaNews.

“In addition, schools, cultural, sports and physical education institutions will take upon improving the outlook of their territories. Also, the road repairs are still ongoing: the subcontractors will keep working even though the holidays,” the city administration said.
