“It was found that Roll Hall cafe hired a delivery man in January 2016: however, the official employment agreement with the employee was signed only in March. As a result, the executive director of the cafe now faces an administrative case under Part 3, Art. 5.27 of the Administrative Code, ‘Violating labor laws and labor protection laws,’ which has been referred to the Penza region State Labor Inspection,” Yulia Makarova, senior assistant attorney of the region in media relations, told PenzaNews.
A similar violation has been registered against the individual entrepreneur managing the Avtosushi cafe.
“At the time of the audit, they employed a janitor since April 2013 without any contract of employment. The fact of her employment was confirmed by other cafe personnel,” she pointed out.
The administrative case materials on this incident were also referred to the regional State Labor Inspection, Yulia Makarova noted.
