Penza, 15 May 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev has congratulated the citizens of the region with International Family Day celebrated on Sunday, May 15.

“The life of every man begins with his family, where a child learns to explore the world, see its beauty, learns the happiness of socializing with his loving parents. Caring after children is the smartest and most noble investment one can make. Support for motherhood and childhood, ensuring children’s healthy and safe well-being was and will always remain a priority in the Penza region. We are widely advocating the examples of successful families and providing all-round support to new families and parents with many children,” noted the head of the region.

He also addressed particular words of gratitude to those who took upon caring after the children who were left without parents of their own.

“There is no mission more noble and important than bringing them up, giving them a ticket to a life of their own. And many Penza people are doing it perfectly,” Ivan Belozertsev said.

The governor wished the citizens of the region to be healthy, happy and peaceful, have kind families and live in agreement with those around them.
