Penza, 18 May 2016. PenzaNews. The minister of the Indian Embassy in Russia Anjali Pandey, attache Suman Kaul, and a representative of the Lebanese University Bashir Samaha became honored guests of the 5th international student forum “Dialogue of Cultures” that opened at the Penza State University on Wednesday, May 18.

The joined the city head Valery Savelyev, the PSU principal Alexander Gulaykov and other high-ranked persons in the flower-laying ceremony to the “They Fought For the Motherland” monument at the PSU grounds.

After the ceremony, they opened the discussion platform “Quality Education in Russia – Foundation for Successful Future in Native Country.”

Reportedly, the official opening ceremony of the forum will take place at the regional Philharmonic Hall at 13.00.

It will be followed by a meeting between Anjali Pandey and the Indian students in Penza.

The forum will continue into Thursday, May 19, when a renown Russian filmmaker Nikita Mikhalkov is expected to join the platform.
