Penza officials plan sprucing up 24 sports fields

Penza, 19 May 2016. PenzaNews. The local officials plan to spruce up 24 sports fields in various areas of Penza as part of the city-wide campaign “Best Sports Field In Our Yard!” on Friday, May 20.

Reportedly, the improvement measures will be conducted by communal service company workers, deputies, activists of civil organizations and movements, and businessmen.

The affected sports fields will be later involved in the “Children’s Sport” project.

“We invite all Penza citizens to participate. With our joint efforts, we will be able to make our sports fields comfortable and safe for the children,” the city administration pointed out.
