“At any time, Zarechny remained a particularly beautiful, clean and architecturally prominent city. Over a small period of time, this small patch of woodlands was transformed into a beautiful and well-supplied city with wide streets and squares, parks and public gardens. It fully deserves the right to be called a bright, warm and cozy home for its hardworking family of thousands of citizens,” he said.
According to the Penza mayor, the modern Zarechny is a cutting-edge comprehensive city with an enormous scientific potential and all conditions for comfortable life, successful work and active rest and recreation.
“Those who visited Zarechny even once treasure the memories of this small cozy city located in the Russian temperate belt. And its citizens are openly proud of living and working there, and want their children and grandchildren to do the same. Your main treasure are smart, hardworking and talented people who deserve the warmest praise. By actively developing their industry towards their goals, the Zarechny citizens make a sizable contribution to security and defense capabilities of our country. Thanks to their constant work and initiatives, Zarechny rightfully remains one of the leaders in socioeconomic development,” Victor Kuvaytsev added.
According to him, a large portion of Zarechny’s success was earned through preserving the customs established by previous generations of local citizens – the city gains on what is available, and yet remains a fast-developing community and keeps ending up the winner of many federal, regional and industrial contests.
“Our cities, Penza and Zarechny, are neighbors who are successfully and fruitfully contributing for the sake of the Sura land and Russia. We are glad to have such reliable friends at our side, and are always ready to offer a helping hand and share our experience. From the bottom of my heart, I wish Zarechny and all its citizens to live in prosperity, success, and belief in the future. May peace, agreement and happiness reign in our Penza land!” the Penza city administration press service quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
