Penza, 30 May 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region traffic police began the preventive campaign to check traffic rules complaince by motorcycle drivers in the morning of Monday, May 30, the press service of the regional traffic police department informed PenzaNews.

“The traffic police urges the people to remain vigilant while on road. Observe the traffic rules when driving, and use protection – helmets and more – when riding a motorcycle or a bicycle,” they pointed out.

Even a smallest malfunction or traffic rule violation may lead to an accident with tragic consequences, the traffic police reminded.
