Penza football fans bring canned Russian air to France

Penza, 7 June 2016. PenzaNews. Four young adults from Penza plan to cross 11,000 km during the Penza-Marseille car rally to visit the Euro-2016 football championship that features the Russian national team.

According to the car rally organizer Evgeny Titov, the participants seek to present canned Russian air to organizers of Euro-2016 and the Russian team.
The car rally that began on Monday, June 6, carries 20 hand-made cans with Penza air and 8 more with Russian air, he said.
“The Russian footballers will face very important games during Euro-2016. We hope that Russian air will help them at the most important moment. […] The air of Russia features the aromas of the huge stadium, the smell of the football turf, the winds from the boundless Russian fields, the whisper of Siberian taiga, the glint of Volga river, the depth of Baikal, the sound of Moscow bells, the long roads, the mysteries of Russian soul, the strength of a handshake, the rhymes of great poets, the take of scientific thought, the will for victory, the spirit of the great country,” he pointed out.
As Evgeny Titkov explained, during this day the car rally plans to arrive to the Belarus-Poland border, with the point of arrival – Marseille – achieved by Friday, June 10.
He also added that the organizers will seek to spread the word of Penza that will serve as the training base for the FIFA 2018 championship.
