Zarechny, 9 June 2016. PenzaNews. The water ponds in the “Solnechnaya” resort zone in Zarechny of the Penza region have been infused with “Microzym,” biological substance designed to clean waters contaminated with benthal deposits, duckweed and blue-green algae, on Thursday, June 9.

Unlike in the previous year, this time the biosubstance was infused in the upper and middle ponds, and in the pond next to the “Sovremennik” culture center dam and the central bridge of the resort zone.

According to Tatyana Pchelintseva, director of the Zarechny city Natural Resources Management Department, the biological substance is created naturally and causes no harm to birds, fish, animals or humans.

This is the first time the biosubstance is infused in the ponds this year, and the procedure will be repeated every two weeks until September, the public relations department of Zarechny city informed PenzaNews.
