Penza, 11 June 2016. PenzaNews. The new public garden unveiled in the GPZ-24 residential area on Antonova street, next to the Temple of Dmitry Donskoy, will hold a festival dedicated to Russia Day and City Day celebrations.

The visitors will be able to enjoy a concert, children’s trampolines, a shooting range, kebab, and sweet snacks.

The final measures to improve the public garden were inspected by the Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev in the morning of Saturday, June 11.

He investigated the area, the benches, and the current works. Victor Kuvaytsev made a number of remarks, related to walkways in particular.

The mayor thanked all who contributed to the creation of the new public garden.

“We need new locations like this green public garden opening in every city area with every coming year,” the press service of the Penza city administration quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
