“In June 2016, we reviewed three civil cases originating from orphans with dead or absent parents to enforce the area administration to rent them dedicated housing. The children have no owned or rented housing of their own, or the housing in question is officially unsuitable for residence. They were included in the list of people screened for furnished housing, but have not received it so far,” an official representative of the Narovchat area court informed PenzaNews.
According to him, the area administration representative did not object to the court decision, and explained that the inaction was due to the lack of funding.
“The court sided with the complainants in all cases,” he added.
