He was assisted during the meeting by the Pervomaisky city area administration head Lidiya Belyakova, the head of the city’s Urban Planning and Architecture Department Magomed Agamagomedov, and his assistant Tatyana Zhukova.
During the discussion, participants described their vision of the solution, along with norms of the legislation that conform to their position; however, they failed to achieve a consensus during the meeting.
“Oftentimes, the citizens who are asking to help improve yards are right. We need to support people’s initiatives,” noted the Penza city administration head.
In conclusion of the meeting, Victor Kuvaytsev instructed the related officials to visit the location personally to calculate the exact size of the available space for the suggested public garden.
The Penza mayor ordered them to report the results directly to him, says the press service of the city administration.
