Penza, 22 June 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza city mayor Victor Kuvaytsev expressed his condolences to relatives and friends of the Penza ex-governor and Russian Federation Council member Vasily Bochkarev, who passed away at the age of 67 on Wednesday, June 22.

“My deep condolences to relatives and friends of Vasily Bochkarev, who worked for the sake of our Penza land for so many years…” he wrote in his Twitter.

Previously, the Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev also expressed his condolences to Vasily Bochkarev’s family, and pointed out that the former governor put his heart and soul in developing the region.
