The first outdoors lecture of the intellectual park “Academia” will be dedicated to the topic “Yoga Guru In The City: From Personal Environment Protection to Natural Environment Protection.” It will be hosted at the green patch between the Afghan Gates memorial complex and the outdoors museum of military machines.

The expert of the lecture will be Oleg Glinsky, expert in meditation and spiritual practices for over 10 years, who works on Hatha Yoga, yoga for pregnant women and “Shanty Ohm” center.

Reportedly, the audience will discuss the vision of a yoga expert by a regular person and his supposedly noticeable signs in public transport or in the street.

Moreover, the people will discuss mindful living and its effect on treating the surroundings.
