Serdobsk resident opens hairdressing salon having been trained at employment center

Penza, 8 July 2016. PenzaNews. The young businesswoman Elena Martynova opened a hairdressing salon in the microdistrict Yasenki in Serdobsk town of the Penza region following the results of studying basics of financial literacy at the employment center.

“With the help of the center’s workers the woman developed a business plan, collected a necessary packet of documents for registration, purchased the equipment and expendable materials,” the press service of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Demography of the Penza region told the news agency PenzaNews.
The press service noted that the services for elder people, and there are a lot of them among the microdistrict residents, are rendered at reduced prices.
“The individual entrepreneur plans not only to render high-class services, but also to increase a number of customers: one more vacancy for a hairdresser is open,” the press service explained.
The press service added that during 2016, besides Elena Martynova, nine more unemployed people opened their own businesses after professional training courses at the employment center.
