Penza, 8 July 2016. PenzaNews. Deputy chairman of the Penza region government Vasily Trokhin became the head of the Motorcycling Federation of the region. This decision was made in the course of the general meeting of the public organization’s members on Friday, July 8.

Earlier, the position of the president of the Motorcycling Federation was held by the former governor, Russian Federation council member, Vasily Bochkarev, who passed away after a long illness on June 22.

The Motorcycling Federation of the Penza region (NGO MFPO) is a founder of LLC “Firma ‘Express’” performing activities in the sphere of broadcasting and television. Stepan Parfenov is in charge of the media holding, which includes “Express” and “REN Penza” TV channels, “Echo Pezny” and “Radio Exress” radio stations, as well as the news website “Penza-Express.”

According to the information provided to the news agency PenzaNews, two people are considered founders of the Motorcycling Federation – Valentina Bochkareva and Vyacheslav Shultaev, who is mentioned as the vice-president on the organization’s website.

Along with that, no changes in the management structure are reflected on the Motorcycling Federation’s website: Vasily Bochkarev is still mentioned as the president.
