Shares of “Penzenskaya Pravda” set for auction for 323 million rubles

Penza, 11 July 2016. PenzaNews. Russian auction house announced the auction for a single lot of the federal property of 585 thousand 855 shares of OJSC “Publishing and Printing Complex ‘Penzenskaya Pravda,’” which amounts to 100% of the authorized capital.

The OJSC “Publishing and Printing Complex ‘Penzenskaya Pravda’” is located at 16, Karla Marska Street, Penza. The number of employees of the joint stock company is 81 people.
The owner offering the shares for sale is the Russian Federation.
As specified on the official website for information on bidding, the auction is open for participation and will be held in the form of giving proposals on price.
The initial shares price is 323 million rubles. Step of the auction is 100 thousand rubles.
Accepting applications for participation started on July 7 and will continue till August 29.
The auction will be completed on September 6.
The documentation states that the ground for conducting the auction is the Russian Federation government decree of 29 July 2014 No.1419-р and JSC “Russian auction house” order of 15 June 2016 No.361-п.
In accordance with the given information, the authorized capital amounts to 58 million 585 thousand 500 rubles. In total, 585 thousand 855 ordinary shares were issued in the book-entry form, with nominal value of 100 rubles for each share.
Shares purchase agreement will be concluded between the seller and the auction winner within five working days from the date the auction is complete. The auction winner is to transfer money for the privatized property to the federal budget.
