Penza, 13 July 2016. PenzaNews. The driver of the marshrutka with the number plate Р332АУ 58RUS, trying to quickly cross the intersection of Gagarina and Leonova streets in Penza, crossed double white lines and after driving several meters on the oncoming lane turned left.
The video from a driving recorder with the violation of road traffic regulations was sent to the news agency PenzaNews by the indignant road-user with the request to make this incident public. Moreover, he shared the video on YouTube.
In accordance with Art. 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences, driving on the oncoming lane entails imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of 5 thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive transport vehicles for a term of 4 to 6 months.
According to the information from the registry of scheduled municipal routes of Penza, the route No. 18 “Arbekovo village – Egorova street” is handled by LLC “Merkuriy.”
