Penza, 13 July 2016. PenzaNews. The driver of the bus No.82C with a number plate O001MM 58RUS violated driving regulations by not allowing a female pedestrian to cross the road at the crosswalk on Stroiteley prospect in Penza at rush hour on Tuesday evening, July 12.
The video from the video recorder shows that two cars moving on left and middle traffic lanes stopped before the crosswalk to let the person cross the road.
