Penza mayor inspects site improvement near former Palace of Pioneers

Penza, 18 July 2016. PenzaNews. The head of the Penza city administration Victor Kuvaytsev checked the work on improvement of the territory near the Children and Youth Center for Creative Activities, better known to city residents as the Pioneers Palace, on Monday, July 18.

The first stage of the project on setting the ladder and the surrounding area with parking in order started on July 8.
According to the head of the city’s Urban Planning and Architecture Department Magomed Agamagomedov, the stairs will start from the parking space, which is planned to be located on the side of Bekeshskaya street.
Victor Kuvaytsev noted that a lot of parents bringing their children to classes face a problem with parking; the project realization will solve this problem.
The press service of the Penza mayor’s office informed the news agency PenzaNews that during the work performance there was removed an unstationary retail facility, located on the turn from Bekeshskaya street to Pushkina street, as well as an advertisement construction with expired permission for installation, which blocked the panoramic view of the palace.
