Penza, 19 July 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza Bank Kuznetsky launched the new service “Card to card transfer,” which is available both to the bank customers and cardholders of other Russian banks.

It allows instant transferring money from one card to another in any payment system Visa, MasterCard or Maestro.

To do this, one must enter the recipient’s card number, the sum and the sender’s card details on the website of Kuznetsky Bank in the section “Card to card transfer.” All transactions are protected by the 3D-secure technology, which provides the maximum level of security.

“Bank Kuznetsky offers modern online service that will be useful for those who are interested in a fast, easy and secure way of card-to-card money transfer without visiting bank offices. The new service will help customers save their time not worrying about security of operations,” the Bank Kuznetsky board chairman Mikhail Dralin commented for PenzaNews.

Bank Kuznetsky was founded as a limited liability company and registered by the Bank of Russia on October 26, 1990, under No. 609. It was transformed into an OJSC on January 19, 2012, and into a PJSC on September 17, 2015.

On January 14, 2005, Bank Kuznetsky was included into the register of banks that are enrolled in the compulsory deposit insurance system under No. 428. In July 2015, AK&M rating agency confirmed the bank credit rating at “B++” on the national scale with a “stable” outlook.
