“Ilya Anfinagentov was going into the water, when he saw teenagers carrying a child from the river. He ran up to the children, put the kid on the mat and started giving artificial respiration. In a little while, the boy started to breathe. Together with the beach-rescuer they continued performing resuscitation procedures,” the department said.

The police added that doctors, arrived at the scene, hospitalized the injured to the Filatov regional children’s clinical hospital.

In the course of the inspection, the police found that the child arrived on the beach with underage relatives and a grandmother who left the grandson unattended. At present, juvenile inspectors establish all the circumstances of the incident,” the press service noted.
