Penza, 22 July 2016. PenzaNews. The reconstruction of the art object “Gradusnik” [Thermometer] located on the façade of the house No. 37 on Moskovskaya street in Penza, where the eponymous bar is situated, was the main topic of the working meeting held in the mayor’s office on Friday, July 22.

The vice-mayor Andrei Shevchenko, the acting head of the department of assistance to development of small and average business Olga Zhovtyak, and representatives of OJSC “Tserera” joined the meeting.

The need for reconstruction of the art object “Gradusnik,” which is one of the city’s attractions, is long overdue and it became especially relevant in the view of possibility to use modern technologies for creating urban environment elements.

The meeting participants discussed bringing the art object in order within the framework of the investment agreement and made a number of constructive proposals.

As the press service of the mayor’s office told PenzaNews, they can be implemented in the nearest future.
